Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, applicant screening, and interview coordination.
  • Evaluate candidates based on experience, availability, location, and role fit.
  • Communicate with candidates and guide them through each stage of the hiring process.
  • Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders, including clinical teams.
  • Send, collect, and review onboarding documentation for new hires.
  • Ensure new hire records are complete, accurate, and compliant.
  • Enter and manage employee data across internal systems such as Axxess and WellSky.
  • Create and manage employee login credentials and maintain employee records.
  • Monitor employee credentials and document expirations, including licenses and certifications.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems, pipeline organization, and structured follow-up timelines.
  • Partner with internal teams to prioritize hiring needs and support HR compliance and audits.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or similar roles.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
  • Hands-on experience recruiting for healthcare roles, ideally nurses (RN, LPN), Home Health Aides (HHA/CNA), or therapists/clinical support staff in a home health setting.
  • Fluent Spanish is required and strong English communication skills are required.
  • Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
  • Experience with ATS or HR systems such as Jotform, Axxess, or WellSky is a plus.
  • Based in Latin America and available to work remotely.

Benefits

  • Salary range of USD $1,300–$1,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • Independent contractor engagement through a payroll platform.
