Description

  • Execute targeted outbound and inbound outreach aligned with ideal customer profiles and go-to-market priorities.
  • Engage district leaders who have shown interest in Goalbook to uncover needs, communicate value, nurture relationships, and schedule demonstrations.
  • Book high-quality discovery meetings that convert into qualified pipeline for the field sales team.
  • Consistently meet or exceed goals for meetings booked and pipeline generated.
  • Maintain a strong focus on relevance, preparation, and value creation in every interaction.
  • Participate in coaching, feedback, and skill-building opportunities to improve performance.
  • Develop core competencies in messaging, discovery, and objection handling through rapid learning and practice.
  • Attend national and regional conferences and support regional Partnerships team members as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of teaching experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in services or sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and persuasion skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of instructional coaching or school leadership experience.
  • Remote candidate ideally based in the greater Chicago metro area, New York City, the Midwest, or the Northeast within 45 minutes of a major airport.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.

Benefits

  • $60,000-$80,000 base salary depending on experience and location.
  • Total first-year compensation of $90,000-$115,000 including commission on new revenue.
