Description

  • Conduct multi-channel outbound outreach through calls, emails, and targeted sequences to hotel GMs, revenue managers, and procurement contacts.
  • Convert prospect conversations into qualified discovery meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Research and prioritize new business opportunities across the West Coast territory.
  • Build pipeline independently through proactive prospecting.
  • Track and report pipeline activity on weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences.
  • Share market intelligence from hotel operators with the regional commercial team to improve targeting and outreach.
  • Use AI tools for prospect research, outreach personalization, sequencing, and workflow automation.
  • Review and take ownership of all AI-assisted communications before they reach prospects.

Requirements

  • At least six months of experience in an outbound-facing role such as BDR, SDR, inside sales, or a high-contact customer-facing position.
  • Hospitality experience is required.
  • Demonstrated understanding of hotel operations or genuine passion for hospitality, including areas such as hotel operations, front desk, reservations, events, or food and beverage.
  • Clear written and verbal communication in both required languages, with the ability to adapt tone for different decision-makers.
  • AI Fluency Level 2 or equivalent hands-on experience using AI for research, outreach drafting, personalization, and sequencing.
  • Ability to review AI-generated work critically and take full responsibility for the final result.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and outbound tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
  • Previous BDR or SDR experience at a SaaS company and a record of meeting activity and pipeline targets are preferred.

  • US salary range of $45,000–$70,000, plus performance-based commissions.
