Description

  • Build target persona lists in LinkedIn Sales Navigator based on ICP criteria and buyer or champion personas provided by the team.
  • Create, personalize, and launch outbound sequences in Lemlist using email and LinkedIn.
  • Draft personalized follow-up messages using provided frameworks and expand autonomy over time.
  • Run daily check-ins with the Faction sales team to review progress, align on priorities, and flag issues.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, including connections, replies, and open rates, and identify actionable improvements.
  • Hand off positive responses to the sales team within the same business day with full context.
  • Keep lead follow-ups on track so prospects do not fall through the cracks.
  • Maintain accurate lead statuses in Attio as campaigns progress.

Requirements

  • Experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar outbound execution role.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, including building lists and filtering by title, industry, company size, and buying signals.
  • Experience running campaigns in Lemlist or a comparable sequencing platform such as Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo.
  • Strong written communication skills with careful attention to grammar, spelling, and tone.
  • Understanding of outbound copywriting, sequencing logic, and personalization at scale without sounding generic.
  • Self-managed and reliable, with the ability to meet clear weekly output expectations in a remote role.
  • Experience with Attio or similar CRM tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Clay or data enrichment workflows is preferred.
  • Background in B2B SaaS sales; experience in industrial distribution or manufacturing is a plus.
  • Prior experience on a lean startup or early-stage GTM team is preferred.
