Description

  • Lead and manage a regional commercial sales team covering the Nordics and the Netherlands.
  • Build and execute regional sales strategies, territory plans, and growth plans aligned to revenue goals.
  • Expand the client base while maintaining and growing existing commercial accounts at acceptable margins.
  • Analyze regional market dynamics and translate insights into go-to-market improvements.
  • Prepare forecasts and report on team performance metrics, identifying gaps and taking corrective action.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Ecosystems, and other Sales resources to deliver a strong customer experience.
  • Build executive relationships with CXO- and program-level decision-makers and maintain an executive call plan.
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop sales talent across the region.
  • Coach Sales leads and sellers to improve pipeline discipline, opportunity execution, and customer value.
  • Own business and revenue outcomes for the regional sales organization.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a regional commercial sales team across the Nordics and the Netherlands.
  • Experience setting strategy, managing execution, and forecasting for a regional sales organization.
  • Experience selling complex, high-value software solutions to commercial accounts.
  • Strong data-informed sales management skills, including repeatable processes, pipeline discipline, and forecast accuracy.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Understanding of regional market dynamics, including competitive landscape, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Ability to apply a structured sales methodology such as MEDDPICC or equivalent.
  • Strong executive communication skills in English and fluency in one or more Nordic languages.
  • Experience recruiting, hiring, coaching, and developing sales talent.
  • Preferred: DevOps or open source exposure, familiarity with Marketo or Outreach, comfort using GitLab, and willingness to travel per company policy.
