Description

  • Assist with the hiring process by sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a large number of qualified Security candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting through to hiring.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through fast and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to manage expectations and support successful hiring outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting for Security roles.
  • Experience conducting competency-based interviews.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
