Description

  • Conduct market mapping, organizational analysis, and competitive research to identify relevant talent and inform hiring strategy.
  • Develop and execute research-driven sourcing strategies to build proactive, diverse candidate pipelines across priority markets and roles.
  • Build deep familiarity with assigned talent markets and serve as an internal subject-matter resource on relevant information and tools.
  • Conduct structured first-round screening interviews with experienced candidates to assess fit, trajectory, and judgment.
  • Produce clear candidate summaries and research briefs for internal hiring stakeholders and Hiring Committees.
  • Support the full internal hiring lifecycle from role calibration and market research through candidate evaluation and decision support.
  • Collaborate with consultants, Partners, and People team colleagues to align on priorities, refine profiles, and calibrate hiring strategy.
  • Articulate ghSMART’s value proposition in candidate conversations and tailor the message to each candidate.
  • Collaborate across regions to share market insights and maintain consistent assessment standards.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and rigorously capture insights to build institutional knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a respected institution required.
  • Advanced degree such as an MBA or MA preferred but not required.
  • Approximately 2–4 years of experience in executive search, in-house recruiting, consulting, or another research-intensive professional services role.
  • Demonstrated strength in primary and secondary research, market mapping, and insight synthesis.
  • Preferred experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and market intelligence, research, and contact-enrichment tools.
  • Preferred experience with ATS platforms such as Lever, ZoomInfo, Lusha, RocketReach, or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and experienced candidates professionally.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and discretion.
