Description

  • Generate qualified pipeline for the MAX sales team through structured outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Test, optimize, and personalize outreach based on ICP, industry, and use cases.
  • Qualify leads, identify opportunities, and book meetings for the Business Account Executive.
  • Maintain and update the CRM (HubSpot) with high accuracy.
  • Contribute to outbound strategy and support marketing initiatives such as campaigns and events.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or sales role with outbound prospecting.
  • Confidence in cold outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn, with resilience in handling rejection.
  • Experience working with B2B clients, ideally in SaaS, startups, or agencies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other sales automation tools.
  • Native French speaker with fluent English.
  • Based in France.
  • CV must be submitted in English.
  • Experience in a structured SaaS environment is preferred.
  • Motivation to work toward targets and perform in a competitive, results-driven role.
