  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
  • Prepare and organize briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up notes for meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with project management by tracking progress and deadlines to support timely completion.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of operational processes to improve productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
  • Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information are essential.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
