Description

  • Own the product backlog for business system integrations and external integration initiatives.
  • Define, prioritize, and refine user stories and acceptance criteria with developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
  • Manage integration requirements across EDI standards and compliance-driven workflows such as e-invoicing and tax reporting.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to keep delivery aligned with product vision and priorities.
  • Monitor integration health and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across the integration landscape.
  • Collaborate with architects to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, scalability, and long-term platform strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in software, integration, or enterprise systems contexts.
  • Solid understanding of ERP and CRM platforms such as SAP, D365, Salesforce, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on familiarity with EDI standards including X12, EDIFACT, and AS2, including transaction sets such as 850, 856, and 810.
  • Experience with Azure Integration Services such as Logic Apps, API Management, Event Hub, or Service Bus, or equivalent iPaaS platforms.
  • Exposure to compliance integration requirements such as e-invoicing mandates or tax reporting obligations including GST/HST, VAT, or SAF-T.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort presenting to both technical teams and executive sponsors.
  • Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches with backlog ownership and grooming experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical complexity into business-clear language.
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with third-party integration platforms such as Marketo, Docentric, or equivalent, is an asset.
  • Familiarity with TM Forum frameworks such as SID, eTOM, and Open APIs, or equivalent enterprise standards, is an asset.
