Description

  • Develop and execute a territory plan aligned with regional priorities and growth targets for the Netherlands.
  • Identify strategic verticals and key accounts, and build long-term account plans focused on pipeline generation, expansion, and retention.
  • Engage directly with enterprise and public-sector end users to understand operational and security challenges and create demand at early project stages.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers (security, IT, operations, procurement) and influence project requirements and technical specifications in collaboration with pre-sales teams.
  • Support customers through evaluation, proof-of-concept, and purchasing processes to drive successful outcomes.
  • Work alongside system integrators, consultants, and technology partners while maintaining end-user ownership of opportunities.
  • Enable partners with joint account planning, opportunity qualification, and coordinated execution to ensure successful delivery and expansion.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through contract close, maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM.
  • Achieve revenue targets, contribute to regional growth objectives, and provide market feedback and competitive insights to leadership and product teams.

Requirements

  • Based in the Netherlands.
  • Proven success in enterprise or complex B2B solution sales.
  • Experience selling software platforms, enterprise technology, or physical security solutions.
  • Strong track record of direct end-user engagement and consultative selling in multi-stakeholder, long buying-cycle environments.
  • Experience working within a channel-driven or partner-based sales model and balancing end-user and partner engagement.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Experience using CRM for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Experience with video management systems (VMS), access control, or unified security platforms, and familiarity with enterprise verticals such as transportation, smart cities, critical infrastructure, government, healthcare, or retail (preferred).
  • Understanding of IP networking, cybersecurity principles, or enterprise IT environments (preferred).
