Description

  • Design, implement, and optimize machine learning and computer vision models to improve product capabilities.
  • Research and apply modern ML and CV architectures, including CNNs, transformers, and vision-language models.
  • Implement and benchmark algorithms on large-scale datasets to validate accuracy and throughput.
  • Fine-tune large-scale models using adaptation techniques such as LoRA and QLoRA.
  • Define, implement, and monitor evaluation metrics for model performance.
  • Analyze training, test, and production data to identify performance gaps and reliability risks.
  • Support end-to-end ML workflows, including data preparation, training, deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and production monitoring for reliable and scalable model delivery.
  • Mentor junior CVML engineers across planning, data collection, annotation, training, deployment, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and data stakeholders in Agile ceremonies and technical discussions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
  • Advanced understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and semi-supervised learning techniques.
  • Expertise in classification, regression, clustering, and anomaly detection.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch; C++ and TensorFlow are a plus.
  • Solid experience with CNNs, RNNs, and transformer-based models.
  • Hands-on experience with modern neural network architectures and loss functions for object detection, image segmentation, and representation learning.
  • Experience using computer vision and scientific computing libraries such as OpenCV.
  • Familiarity with model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience with large-scale datasets, performance-critical ML systems, or production MLOps practices is beneficial.
  • Prior experience mentoring or technically guiding other ML engineers is preferred.
  • Ability to balance research-driven exploration with production-focused execution.
