Description

  • Maintain and scale the core product recommendation system.
  • Implement and optimize natural language AI tools, including customer service chatbots across multiple brands.
  • Develop predictive models to improve customer experience, revenue, advertising, and business outcomes.
  • Manage the full machine learning lifecycle, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, evaluation, tuning, and deployment.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain production-level code and data products.
  • Conduct A/B tests, interpret results, assess impact, and monitor model performance.
  • Analyze company data to improve products, marketing strategies, and business decisions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in data, advanced analytics, visualization, business metrics, and data models.
  • Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and other functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
  • Identify and implement internal process improvements while promoting data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, machine learning, analytics engineering, or a similar analytical role.
  • Degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Analytics.
  • Strong Python and advanced SQL skills, including CTEs and window functions.
  • Strong experience with AWS services including S3, SageMaker, and Bedrock.
  • Experience with AI engineering tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith.
  • Experience building RAG systems and working with vector databases such as PGVector.
  • Expertise deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production.
  • Proven experience delivering advanced data science, machine learning, or AI products and predictive models.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical processes to non-technical audiences and lead or educate team members.
