Description

  • Architect and implement advanced pipelines for image, video, and copy generation.
  • Build product, font, logo, and brand-asset preservation using techniques such as IP-Adapters and LoRAs.
  • Develop image and video editing features including smart cropping, inpainting, outpainting, resizing, and style transfer.
  • Fine-tune LLMs and VLMs using ad performance metrics such as CTR and CVR through RLHF/RLPF feedback loops.
  • Engineer filtering, brand-safety, copyright, compliance, and human-escalation systems.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Policy, UX, and Ads ML teams to integrate capabilities into Ad Manager and ad delivery.
  • Translate complex machine-learning trade-offs for executives, product managers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Deep hands-on expertise with tree models, neural networks, ranking, and LLM/VLM fine-tuning.
  • Experience with RLHF/RLPF for advertising applications.
  • Strong quantitative and experimentation skills, including uplift metrics, variance, minimum detectable effects, and generative-system testing.
  • Understanding of ad auctions, marketplaces, and advertiser needs.
  • Experience building ad creative tools such as headline or image generators, pre-test models, or advertiser editing workflows.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity, move quickly, and operate with a startup mindset.
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with brand-safety, privacy, or copyright frameworks for generative AI products preferred.
