Description

  • Partner with the Senior Solutions Engineer and Account Director to support a portfolio of established customers as their technical point of contact.
  • Own the full customer journey from implementation through long-term adoption and success.
  • Manage day-to-day technical actions such as configuration requests, workflow updates, user permissions, and data updates.
  • Translate customer business processes into efficient Gatekeeper workflows and configure core features to drive value.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal teams to deliver fast, effective resolutions.
  • Build strong customer relationships to understand business processes, strategic goals, and usage requirements.
  • Advocate for customer needs and suggest product or functionality enhancements.
  • Monitor customer health and usage, identifying optimisation opportunities, adoption risks, and engagement issues.
  • Track implementation success metrics such as Time to First Value and document customer configurations and interactions.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and support renewals by preparing data for strategic business reviews and demonstrating platform value.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Technical Support, IT, Junior Implementation, or a similar SaaS support role.
  • Experience supporting SaaS implementations and achieving implementation milestones, including Time to First Value and success criteria.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in configuration management, data mapping, and data migration support.
  • Genuine interest in AI advancements and a commitment to learning how to apply AI tools in the role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with experience supporting technical projects, tracking time, reporting progress, and identifying risks.
  • Clear and professional verbal, video, and written communication skills for customer-facing and documentation work.
  • Interest in building a career in customer value and learning from a senior team member in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with Vendor Management or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms is preferred.
  • Fully remote role open to applicants based in New Zealand.
