Description

  • Design efficient AI solutions based on AWS Bedrock and Dify to support the company’s product AI needs.
  • Design and implement large-scale AI system architectures with high concurrency, low latency, and high availability.
  • Lead requirement analysis, technical selection, and model development for NLP and generative AI projects.
  • Optimize existing AI systems to improve model accuracy, stability, and response speed.
  • Participate in AI product deployment, monitoring, and day-to-day operations, and resolve production technical issues promptly.
  • Continuously improve AI application features and architecture based on business needs and drive technical innovation.
  • Provide technical guidance to team members and help improve team capability and work efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Python, Java, or Go.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture principles.
  • Familiarity with MySQL, Redis, and ElasticSearch storage technologies.
  • Experience with at least one common message queue such as Kafka or RocketMQ.
  • Experience handling PB-level data processing and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Experience designing and developing high-concurrency, highly available systems.
  • Excellent cross-department communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to drive projects effectively and lead initiatives.
  • Preferred: experience designing and optimizing large-scale AI systems with practical product implementation thinking.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Dify, AWS Bedrock, RAG, GraphRAG, or KAG AI platforms and architectures.
  • Preferred: experience with large language model training, fine-tuning, and optimization, especially with real-world model fine-tuning and deployment scenarios.
