Description

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ideate, create, and deliver integrated design assets across digital and social channels.
  • Design, lay out, animate, and refine digital marketing assets, e-commerce content, and social-first visuals in static, animated, and video formats.
  • Develop platform-specific assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display based on client briefs.
  • Take briefs from insight and concept through copy, image and video generation, and final creative assembly using GenAI models and techniques.
  • Optimize and adapt assets for multi-channel rollouts, ensuring best practices for web, mobile, and social distribution.
  • Apply brand guidelines to maintain visual quality, cohesion, and alignment with client objectives.
  • Iterate quickly on feedback and use GenAI capabilities to improve designs as needed.
  • Present work to internal teams and explain how GenAI contributed to ideation or execution.
  • Research, evaluate, and experiment with new GenAI tools and share insights with the broader team.
  • Ensure timely, efficient delivery of finished assets across multiple projects.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Integrated Designer with motion skills in an advertising agency, in-house creative team, or design studio delivering motion and integrated digital campaigns.
  • A portfolio demonstrating hands-on creation of both traditional and AI-assisted projects, including personal or client work.
  • Working knowledge of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Veo3, with training on Pencil provided.
  • Strong ability to analyze GenAI-generated outputs, spot subtle errors or inconsistencies, and correct them through prompt refinement or additional editing tools.
  • Strong judgment in evaluating briefs and identifying where GenAI can be integrated for maximum efficiency and impact.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI-driven ideation, prompt creation, and static and video asset generation.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign; Figma is a plus.
  • Strong retouching skills.
  • Strong awareness of digital, social, and e-commerce design standards, including mobile-first best practices and asset adaptation for different channels.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a team-player mindset and openness to feedback and new ways of working.
