Description

  • Design, optimize, and implement core system architecture to ensure high stability, performance, and scalability.
  • Participate in key technology selection and improve the server-side architecture for maintainability and efficiency.
  • Establish and enforce code quality standards, development best practices, and security-focused coding practices.
  • Design and optimize database architecture, including SQL performance, indexing, and database tuning.
  • Improve system performance for high-concurrency and high-throughput scenarios using microservices, caching, and messaging middleware.
  • Lead the development team by providing technical guidance, coaching, and training.
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and data teams to support trading, wealth management, quant, social, and user growth initiatives.
  • Participate in security and compliance initiatives to protect trading systems and user data.
  • Drive cross-functional technical alignment between engineering and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of backend development experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in architecture design and technical management.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one backend language such as Golang, PHP, or Java.
  • Experience designing and optimizing large-scale, high-concurrency, distributed systems; experience in internet or financial companies is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of database design and optimization, including SQL tuning, indexing, and complex business data modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with Nginx, Redis, MySQL, Kafka, and related high-availability configurations.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture, RPC frameworks, and containerized deployment with Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Cloud computing or DevOps experience is preferred.
  • Strong team management, communication, and cross-department collaboration skills.
