Description

  • Support the Lead Data Manager as a back-up or team member to ensure continuity and timely task completion.
  • Perform data entry and quality control for paper CRF studies as needed.
  • Develop CRF specifications from clinical study protocols and coordinate stakeholder review and feedback.
  • Assist in building clinical databases and conducting database build user acceptance testing.
  • Maintain quality-controlled database build documentation and create, revise, version, and manage data management documentation.
  • Specify requirements for electronic and manual edit checks and other data review processes.
  • Train clinical research personnel on study-specific CRFs, EDC systems, and other project-related topics.
  • Review and query clinical trial data in accordance with the Data Management Plan.
  • Assist with line listing data review and run patient-level and study-level status and metric reports.
  • Perform medical coding, support SAE/AE reconciliation, and liaise with external vendors and project teams on data-related deliverables and issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a combination of related experience.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to handle a variety of clinical research tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Professional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience in a clinical, scientific, or healthcare discipline is preferred.
