Description

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of field marketing programs across the western U.S. region.
  • Design and run in-person programs such as executive dinners, roundtables, workshops, conferences, and roadshows.
  • Build and manage a regional field marketing calendar in partnership with sales leadership and demand generation.
  • Own field marketing pipeline targets and develop pre-event, day-of, and post-event engagement strategies.
  • Partner with sales and BDR teams to create targeted invite lists and drive attendance from priority accounts and partners.
  • Manage sponsorships, venues, vendors, speakers, and third-party event investments.
  • Track and report on ROI, pipeline sourced and influenced, and engagement metrics.
  • Bring field insights back to the broader marketing team to improve campaigns and messaging.
  • Build scalable, repeatable playbooks that can be reused across regions, segments, and partners.
  • Use AI tools to improve efficiency, consistency, and collaboration in field program planning and execution.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of field marketing experience, including prior experience at a technology company.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline through field programs.
  • Experience with healthcare, benefits, or HR-tech audiences is a plus.
  • A highly self-directed, execution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong prioritization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs, regions, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to analyze program metrics and pipeline KPIs.
  • Comfort with event and marketing tech stacks such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Swoogo, or similar tools.
  • Experience using AI to work smarter is strongly preferred, with comfort using Claude Code as a significant plus.
  • Ability to work fully remote from the Mountain or Pacific time zone and live near a major airport.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
