Description

  • Own bookings and ARR targets across new business, upsell, and expansion for G-P Gia.
  • Build the go-to-market plan, including segmentation, territories, coverage model, and channel strategy.
  • Drive forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and a regular operating cadence across weekly, monthly, and QBR reviews.
  • Define and optimize the PQL-to-SQL-to-close workflow with Growth, Product, and RevOps.
  • Develop repeatable sales motions for sales-assist and mid-market/enterprise deals.
  • Improve conversion rates across the funnel and shorten time-to-close.
  • Create an upsell motion for existing customers, including target personas, entry points, champion development, and ROI cases.
  • Partner with customer success and account teams on joint expansion plans and incentives.
  • Hire, onboard, and lead the initial sales team, including AEs, SEs, and later SDR/BDR and sales ops support.
  • Coach the team on discovery, value-based selling, security/compliance navigation, multi-threading, and MEDDICC or similar frameworks.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS sales and 3+ years in sales leadership roles such as Director, Sr Director, or Head of Sales.
  • Proven experience building and scaling a sales organization from early stage to growth stage (0→1 / 1→N).
  • Demonstrated success in product-led sales or hybrid PLG + enterprise motions.
  • Experience selling into regulated or trust-heavy environments such as security, legal, compliance, HR, or finance.
  • Strong forecasting and operational rigor with the ability to build repeatable processes without bureaucracy.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Product, Growth, CS, and RevOps.
  • Experience selling AI/agentic SaaS, workflow automation, or HR/legal tech is preferred.
  • Enterprise procurement and security review expertise, including SOC2, data privacy, and vendor risk, is preferred.
  • Background in usage-based expansion or land-and-expand strategies is preferred.
  • International selling experience is helpful for global HR and compliance products.

  • Annual gross base salary range of $136,000 to $170,000 plus variable compensation.
