Description

  • Develop and execute a new logo acquisition strategy targeting enterprise clients across key verticals.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team.
  • Drive the full sales lifecycle for large, complex transformation deals from prospecting through contract negotiation.
  • Establish and maintain executive relationships with C-level business and technology leaders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Finance to support client onboarding and solution delivery.
  • Own sales targets for new logo bookings, revenue, and gross margin, including pipeline development and forecasting.
  • Lead deal pursuits involving pricing, contracting, and executive presentations.
  • Provide market and competitive intelligence to inform go-to-market strategy and product development.
  • Champion Ensono’s value proposition for mainframe and hybrid IT solutions.
  • Ensure operational excellence in sales processes, pipeline management, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience in IT services with a track record of winning new logos and driving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of mainframe, hybrid IT, and cloud transformation solutions.
  • Experience in the SLED vertical.
  • Ability to travel and manage a Central West geography.
  • Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing sales teams in a consultative, complex sales environment.
  • Demonstrated success in large deal pursuits, including solution development, pricing, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing sales P&L, forecasting, and pipeline health.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
