Description

  • Prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other sales outreach channels.
  • Conduct outbound calls to educate prospects about Employer of Record services, understand their needs, and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Qualify leads and gather key information to assess prospect potential.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement lead generation and pipeline development strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity and prospect records in the CRM system.
  • Partner with marketing to provide campaign feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to position EOR services effectively.
  • Participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute ideas to improve sales and lead generation processes.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings scheduled, and revenue generated.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with prospects.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of the Employer of Record industry, HR outsourcing, or related services is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Background checks are required, including possible criminal record checks.
