Description

  • Win and validate early customers, starting with internal design partners and expanding to external creators, teams, and agencies.
  • Build and launch the V1 product in partnership with FutureSight’s product and engineering pod.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process using the studio’s initial investment as a starting point.
  • Recruit and hire the founding team while establishing the company’s culture.
  • Own the full P&L and operate the new venture as a full-time, exclusive commitment.
  • Drive early product-market traction and retention through direct customer engagement.
  • Define and shape a new category at the intersection of creator tools, AI, and knowledge workflows.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience, such as co-founding a product company or B2B SaaS venture, or experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Ability to craft investor narratives and close capital; well-networked in fintech and early-stage communities.
  • Founder-level drive and a strong motivation to co-found and lead a new venture as CEO.
  • Startup scrappiness and comfort owning a company end to end.
  • Risk appetite and capacity to operate in an early-stage startup environment.
  • People leadership ability to attract top talent, coach others, and serve as a culture carrier.
  • Experience in creator economy, marketing tech, social platforms, or knowledge work tooling.
  • Full-time, exclusively dedicated availability for the venture.
