Description

  • Lead the technical journey from discovery through implementation for platform integrations.
  • Act as the strategic bridge between client needs, product, and engineering teams.
  • Establish subject matter expertise across Futurae’s products and ecosystem.
  • Drive account strategies with Sales to support business opportunities.
  • Lead discovery sessions to map technical solutions to complex business problems.
  • Create technical content and deliver product demos tailored to customer needs.
  • Own end-to-end execution of technical proof-of-concepts for high-stakes use cases.
  • Influence the product roadmap by synthesizing field feedback for Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Build and scale a Solutions Engineering team, including technical playbooks, workflows, and partner programs.

Requirements

  • Experience building and scaling a Solutions Engineering team.
  • Strong understanding of open standards, especially Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Knowledge of SSO, MFA, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.
  • Strong understanding of Zero Trust Architecture and core application security concepts such as password hashing, SSL/TLS, and encryption at rest.
  • Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: web development, mobile development, backend development, or IP-based real-time communications.
  • Experience with one or more cloud platforms, with preference for GCP.
  • Proven business acumen in fintech and digital security.
  • Ability to strategically position products for different customers and understand partner/channel growth strategies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage IT Administration, C-Suite, Enterprise Architects, Procurement, and Legal/Security teams.
  • Based in Europe and willing to travel 10-25%.
