Description

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for clients using the platform.
  • Own support tickets from first response through resolution.
  • Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams when issues change or need escalation.
  • Act as a product expert and client advocate within the company.
  • Provide customer feedback that helps shape the product roadmap.
  • Investigate technical problems using browser tools and web application knowledge.
  • Work closely with the support and product teams to ensure issues do not fall through the cracks.
  • Use AI tools actively in day-to-day support work.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support for a SaaS product.
  • C1-level English, written and spoken, with clear communication in technical contexts.
  • Ability to work a fixed 9:00–18:00 Eastern Time (New York) schedule.
  • Understanding of how the web works, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Comfort reading code and using browser developer tools.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to follow through and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Intercom or similar ticketing systems (preferred).
  • Experience writing Help Center or knowledge base articles (preferred).
  • Experience with API troubleshooting or integration support (preferred).
