Description

  • Own a named book of strategic accounts and drive net-new revenue across them.
  • Build financial business cases that connect prospect goals to revenue outcomes.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from qualification through close with accurate forecasting.
  • Shape deal requirements with stakeholders before an RFP is issued and know when to walk away.
  • Lead the internal account team across Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Product, Legal, and Executive leadership.
  • Run onsite discovery workshops and executive briefings focused on solution visioning.
  • Build relationships across buying committees, including Economic Buyers, Technical Validators, and Champions at the VP and C-suite level.
  • Partner with Marketing on account-based marketing strategies to penetrate and expand target accounts.
  • Maintain high CRM data integrity while consistently achieving ARR targets.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in B2B enterprise tech sales.
  • Proven track record of closing deals exceeding $250k ARR.
  • Demonstrated mastery of structured strategic sales frameworks and qualification criteria.
  • History of top 10% performance in previous roles, such as President's Club or equivalent recognition.
  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees and long sales cycles of 9+ months.
  • Ability to develop and execute sophisticated account plans across large, complex organizations.
  • Strong written communication skills for producing executive memos and business cases.
  • Executive presence and the ability to command a room of C-suite leaders.
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving procurement, legal, and security teams.
  • Experience selling to the nonprofit sector is a plus.
  • High EQ and adaptability in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
