Description

  • Partner with account executives throughout the sales cycle as the primary presales technical resource.
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand client requirements, integration needs, and business objectives.
  • Design and present tailored product demonstrations and solution recommendations for specific use cases.
  • Respond to technical questions and objections for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Develop solution architectures, data mapping, and integration plans with third-party platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, PayPal, and Zapier.
  • Support RFP/RFI responses and ensure technical accuracy and compliance with PCI and GDPR standards.
  • Gather client feedback and relay it to Solution Architecture and Product teams to inform enhancements and roadmap decisions.
  • Provide technical enablement and training to the Sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers throughout the sales process.
  • Use AI actively in day-to-day work and identify opportunities to apply it to improve function-specific workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical consulting within SaaS, fintech, or nonprofit technology.
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, data integration, data mapping, technical scoping, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers with large ARR.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into compelling technical solutions and communicate value effectively.
  • Experience with CRM, payment, and marketing automation integrations such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, PayPal, and Zapier.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as GDPR and PCI DSS, plus data security and privacy best practices.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills for technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptability.
  • Team-oriented approach and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in the nonprofit sector or with fundraising technology is highly desirable.
  • Background in delivering technical workshops, training sessions, or product enablement is preferred.
  • Track record of supporting successful SaaS sales cycles in high-growth environments is preferred.
  • Experience with website conversion A/B testing is preferred.

  • OTE of $170,000–$190,000.
