Description

  • Act as a liaison between Cority and clients across assigned projects and initiatives.
  • Lead and support software implementations using the predefined implementation methodology.
  • Configure the application, train clients, test solutions, and document project notes.
  • Collaborate with Project Management, Implementation Consultants, Technical Consultants, and other internal teams.
  • Work with Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Engineering, and Product as needed.
  • Establish and manage implementation plans with the client team and Cority Project Manager.
  • Monitor project timelines and intervene when milestones are delayed or missed.
  • Maintain accurate timesheets and project bookings daily and submit weekly approvals.
  • Participate actively in Cority’s PS Peer Training program.

Requirements

  • University degree in Information Technology, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Ergonomics, Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in the subject matter area of the role.
  • Professional designation such as CIH, CSP, CSRP, or COHN is ideal.
  • For internal candidates, at least 12 months as an Associate Consultant with one Essentials implementation and one CIM/Agile CIM implementation completed.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work predominantly remotely with some travel expected.
  • Demonstrated service orientation, professionalism, responsiveness, and project budget awareness.
