Description

Act as a liaison between Cority and clients across assigned projects and initiatives.
Lead and support software implementations using the predefined implementation methodology.
Configure the application, train clients, test solutions, and document project notes.
Collaborate with Project Management, Implementation Consultants, Technical Consultants, and other internal teams.
Work with Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Engineering, and Product as needed.
Establish and manage implementation plans with the client team and Cority Project Manager.
Monitor project timelines and intervene when milestones are delayed or missed.
Maintain accurate timesheets and project bookings daily and submit weekly approvals.
Participate actively in Cority’s PS Peer Training program.

Requirements

University degree in Information Technology, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Ergonomics, Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
1–3 years of experience in the subject matter area of the role.
Professional designation such as CIH, CSP, CSRP, or COHN is ideal.
For internal candidates, at least 12 months as an Associate Consultant with one Essentials implementation and one CIM/Agile CIM implementation completed.
Bilingualism is an asset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work predominantly remotely with some travel expected.
Demonstrated service orientation, professionalism, responsiveness, and project budget awareness.
