Description

  • Coach engineers through 1:1s, pair programming, workshops, office hours, and cohorts on AI-assisted development.
  • Identify under-adoption and help teams improve their use of AI tools and workflows.
  • Capture effective practices and turn them into guides, prompt libraries, playbooks, and internal knowledge resources.
  • Build and maintain a network of AI champions to scale enablement across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot AI tooling issues and escalate recurring blockers to leadership.
  • Develop internal AI integrations and reusable tooling from prototype to production, including auth, security review, and CI/CD.
  • Evaluate AI tools, models, and integrations and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Define, track, and report adoption and productivity metrics using dashboards and quality guardrails.
  • Partner with security/compliance and GTM teams on safe usage and internal enablement needs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience shipping full-stack products in a product-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with Node.js and TypeScript for building services and integrations.
  • Working knowledge of relational and document databases.
  • Deep hands-on fluency with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex.
  • Experience taking internal integrations from prototype to production independently.
  • Experience building integrations with third-party APIs and agent-tooling protocols such as MCP.
  • Working knowledge of GenAI concepts including LLMs, prompting, RAG, orchestration, agentic flows, and AI/tooling security.
  • Strong teaching, facilitation, and technical writing skills.
  • Comfort influencing cross-functionally without authority and coordinating with IT, DevOps, security, and GTM.
  • Ability to work autonomously on ambiguous problems and drive them to completion.
  • English proficiency at C1 level for written and verbal technical communication.
  • Familiarity with observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or Loki (preferred).
  • Experience with edge or serverless compute such as Workers, Durable Objects, or KV (preferred).
  • Experience with internal plugin/package registries or marketplaces (preferred).
  • Prior developer-experience, developer-advocacy, or internal-tooling experience (preferred).
  • Instructional design or learning-science experience (preferred).
  • Experience running technical workshops, hackathons, or enablement programs at scale (preferred).
  • Experience in a distributed, remote-first engineering organization (preferred).
  • Fluent in English and Russian.
  • Located in Poland and able to work remotely.
