Description

  • Own the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Core Markets, with clear bets and quantified business cases.
  • Develop deep expertise in target nonprofit verticals, including buying behavior, procurement, compliance, and adoption barriers.
  • Lead continuous discovery through executive interviews, site visits, and industry events, and turn insights into product priorities.
  • Own strategic enterprise deals by presenting the product vision, addressing objections, and supporting scalable rollout plans.
  • Manage and grow a team of 2–5 Product Managers, including hiring, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Establish operating rituals such as discovery cadences, metrics reviews, and launch playbooks.
  • Partner with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Marketing to align product narratives and boundaries.
  • Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to ship reliable capabilities on time.
  • Set and track OKRs tied to revenue and adoption outcomes such as ARR growth, win rate, NRR, and key feature adoption.
  • Communicate trade-offs clearly to executives and keep stakeholders aligned on decisions and rationale.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • 3+ years of experience leading Product Managers, including managing managers or multiple PMs across areas.
  • Enterprise B2B experience in SaaS, fintech, payments, e-commerce, or a related domain.
  • Experience with pre-sales, RFPs, and complex stakeholder management.
  • Proven track record from discovery to business case to delivery to measurable impact.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with fluency in metrics such as ARR, NRR, win rate, conversion, adoption, and time-to-value.
  • C1/C2-level English with clear, confident communication for executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in Russian at a native level.
  • Ability to travel regularly to customers, conferences, and the U.S.
  • Experience in nonprofit, giving, or payments is a plus.
  • Experience building vertical toolkits or solutions that scale across enterprise accounts is a plus.
