Description

  • Synthesize messy and conflicting inputs from users, stakeholders, data, and systems into clear product direction.
  • Define how agents behave by shaping objectives, constraints, trust tiers, and evaluation criteria.
  • Improve output quality across models, memory, and workflows through systematic product changes.
  • Own product direction end-to-end from ambiguous problem framing through delivery.
  • Work directly with users to build deep intuition for real-world workflows and needs.
  • Translate mission signal into product decisions and push back when needed.
  • Partner with engineering to shape solutions that are both impactful and technically sound.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders when perspectives conflict.
  • Make independent product decisions in high-ambiguity situations.
  • Report to the CTO and operate at the intersection of mission, product, and engineering.

Requirements

  • Strong product judgment and prioritization ability.
  • Ability to separate signal from noise and form defensible opinions from incomplete, conflicting inputs.
  • Experience with complex systems or platforms where behavior emerges from underlying primitives.
  • Experience shipping products under real constraints such as security, infrastructure, or deployment realities.
  • High ownership and a bias toward action.
  • Technical fluency to engage with engineers and understand system constraints and tradeoffs.
  • Clear, direct communication skills.
  • Experience working with operational or mission-driven users, preferred.
  • Experience with LLM-based systems, preferred.
  • Experience with product analytics such as SQL, preferred.
  • Experience rapidly prototyping ideas using tools like Figma or AI coding tools, preferred.
  • Exposure to constrained or high-security environments, preferred.
  • Active security clearance or ability to obtain one, preferred.
  • Willingness to travel onsite, preferred.
