Description

  • Set product strategy for major areas of Kalepa’s core platform.
  • Drive execution and delivery of product initiatives from concept through launch.
  • Work closely with engineers, designers, and other technical stakeholders to deliver on product vision.
  • Translate complex user needs into clear, scalable workflows and product requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration and communicate workflows and user needs to stakeholders.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and shape solutions around customer problems and needs.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize work and create alignment in ambiguous situations.
  • Leverage AI tools in product work and explore intelligent product features.
  • Maintain high standards for requirements quality and delivery in an agile environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years building Enterprise SaaS products.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in a fast-moving, agile environment.
  • Strong first-principles thinking to break down complex user needs into scalable workflows.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Strong customer empathy and ability to deeply understand user problems and needs.
  • Data-driven approach with experience combining quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • Experience using AI tools for productivity and product innovation.
  • Preferred: experience at a venture-backed startup during hyper-growth.
  • Preferred: experience building and releasing a major product end to end or significantly scaling an existing product.
  • Preferred: computer science or engineering background.
  • Remote work from EST or CST time zones preferred.
