Description

  • Own a significant product area and execute against a defined strategy aligned to company objectives and platform direction.
  • Translate strategy into multi-quarter roadmaps, investment trade-offs, and success metrics.
  • Continuously refine product direction using customer insight, data, technical constraints, and evolving AI capabilities.
  • Drive alignment across product, engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market teams.
  • Lead product discovery and delivery using AI-enabled workflows such as rapid prototyping and automation-assisted analysis.
  • Partner with engineering and data science to deliver AI-powered customer experiences from concept through production and iteration.
  • Serve as the product manager across one or more squads and own outcomes rather than output.
  • Drive complex initiatives from discovery through general availability while managing dependencies and cross-team coordination.
  • Balance innovation with platform quality, scalability, and technical debt considerations.
  • Engage directly with customers to validate problems, test solutions, and refine value propositions.
  • Monitor market, competitive, accessibility standards, and regulatory trends to inform product direction.
  • Mentor and influence other PMs and advise senior stakeholders on trade-offs, risks, and rationale.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with demonstrated success operating at a Senior PM level.
  • Experience owning strategy and execution for complex platform or SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes across multiple squads or large product areas.
  • Strong technical fluency with a working understanding of modern web technologies and system architecture.
  • Experience contributing to or shipping AI-enabled or data-driven product features.
  • High data literacy, including defining success metrics, running experiments, and connecting decisions to business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Experience working in an environment using AI-enabled product discovery and delivery practices (strongly preferred).
  • Experience building products for enterprise, developer, or technically sophisticated users (strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with digital accessibility standards and conformance workflows (strongly preferred).
  • Comfort driving alignment and decision-making across disciplines without direct authority (strongly preferred).
  • Background in software engineering, QA automation, or data-oriented roles (nice to have).
  • Experience building tools that support remediation, compliance, or continuous improvement workflows (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of evolving digital accessibility regulations and standards (nice to have).
  • Experience designing for diverse personas and inclusive user experiences (nice to have).
