Description

  • Own the Core Markets product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap across priority nonprofit verticals.
  • Lead and grow a team of 2–5 Product Managers, building a culture of ownership and accountability.
  • Develop deep market and customer expertise through executive interviews, site visits, and industry events.
  • Own strategic enterprise deals by presenting the product vision, addressing objections, and supporting rollout planning with GTM teams.
  • Define and deliver OKRs tied to revenue and adoption outcomes such as ARR growth, win rate, NRR, and capability adoption.
  • Balance product scale and customization while protecting product integrity and avoiding excessive one-off solutions.
  • Establish operating rituals such as discovery cadences, metrics reviews, and launch playbooks.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to execute effectively.
  • Coach PMs to lead their own cross-functional pods and represent the product credibly with enterprise customers.
  • Communicate trade-offs, decisions, and rationale clearly to keep stakeholders aligned.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience.
  • 3+ years leading Product Managers, including managing managers or multiple PMs across areas.
  • Enterprise B2B experience in SaaS, fintech, payments, e-commerce, or adjacent industries.
  • Experience with pre-sales, RFPs, and complex stakeholder management.
  • Proven track record from discovery to business case to delivery to measurable impact.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with fluency in metrics such as ARR, NRR, win-rate, conversion, adoption, and time-to-value.
  • C1/C2 English with clear, confident, and persuasive communication for executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent Russian at native level.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly to customers, conferences, and the U.S.
  • Preferred: experience in nonprofit, giving, or payments, including compliance, risk, and donor experience.
  • Preferred: history of building vertical toolkits or solutions that scale across enterprise accounts.
