Description

  • Own the Core Markets product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap across priority nonprofit verticals.
  • Develop deep market and customer expertise through discovery, executive interviews, site visits, and industry events.
  • Lead strategic enterprise deals by presenting the product vision, addressing objections, and supporting rollout planning.
  • Balance product scale and customization while protecting product integrity across enterprise accounts.
  • Set and track OKRs tied to revenue and adoption outcomes such as ARR, win-rate, NRR, and capability adoption.
  • Hire, mentor, and coach 2–5 Product Managers and build a culture of ownership and accountability.
  • Establish operating rhythms such as discovery cadences, metrics reviews, launch playbooks, and quarterly strategy reviews.
  • Partner with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to deliver impactful capabilities.
  • Communicate trade-offs and decisions clearly to keep stakeholders aligned and execution on track.
  • Develop narratives, competitive positioning, and field playbooks for sales and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Product Management, including 3+ years leading Product Managers.
  • Enterprise B2B experience in SaaS, fintech, payments, e-commerce, or a related domain.
  • Experience with pre-sales, RFPs, and complex stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to move from discovery and business case development to delivery and measurable impact.
  • Strong metrics fluency with ARR, NRR, win-rate, conversion, adoption, and time-to-value.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • C1/C2 English communication skills, with the ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort with regular travel to customers, conferences, and the U.S.
  • Experience in nonprofit, giving, or payments is a plus.
  • Experience building vertical toolkits or solutions that scale across enterprise accounts is a plus.
