Description

  • Own a pipeline of qualified, high-fit opportunities sourced through outbound, inbound, and referral channels.
  • Lead discovery and positioning conversations across Amazon model types, including 1P, 3P, and distribution.
  • Build customized growth narratives aligned to each prospect’s goals, model readiness, and category maturity.
  • Educate prospects on Front Row’s Amazon capabilities using data and past performance to support the sales process.
  • Partner with lead generation teams to improve ICP targeting, messaging resonance, and opportunity quality.
  • Work with demand generation and marketing to create a consistent brand experience from first touch through close.
  • Align with sales leadership on forecast accuracy, pricing strategy, and commercial positioning.
  • Coordinate pitch development with strategy, solutions, and proposal teams.
  • Shape pitch structure, storyline, and team casting to improve win likelihood and prospect resonance.
  • Support contract negotiation and onboarding handoff with sales operations and client services.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience leading consultative sales conversations in agency, consultancy, SaaS, enterprise sales, or Amazon-focused environments.
  • Experience managing and closing complex large and mid-sized brand opportunities, typically $5-50M in topline revenue.
  • Experience working with emerging and growth-stage categories.
  • Comfort leading discovery, shaping pitch strategy, and owning commercial conversations.
  • Ability to collaborate with lead gen, marketing, strategy, and client services teams.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to tailor your approach to different stakeholders.
  • Experience selling to multiple C-suite stakeholders in a single campaign is required.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong pipeline hygiene and follow-up discipline.
  • Motivated by impact and quality of business rather than sales volume.
  • Bonus: Experience selling into Beauty, Wellness, Supplements, Pet, or Household CPG brands.
  • Nice to have: Fluency in Amazon business models, including the trade-offs between 1P, 3P, and Distribution.
