Description

  • Identify and win new beauty and wellness partners across Germany.
  • Conduct product demos and advise prospects on software and payment solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in the market.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first outreach through to closing.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Partner Operations, and Product to improve DACH go-to-market strategies.
  • Share market feedback to strengthen Fresha’s position in Germany.
  • Consistently meet and exceed personal KPIs and growth targets.

Requirements

  • Native-level German speaker.
  • First professional experience in sales, business development, or a consultative role.
  • Strong communication skills and a confident customer-facing presence.
  • High self-motivation and an ownership mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in helping build new structures and processes.
  • Ability to work independently with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Very good English skills for international collaboration.
