Description

  • Implement and execute a comprehensive sales growth strategy for Unity’s Industry business in South Korea.
  • Lead and coach a team of 5 to 6 Sales Executives across strategic, territory, and net-new responsibilities.
  • Deliver forecasting and go-to-market business commitments while building relationships with customer executives and decision makers.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, finance, legal, compliance, and other internal stakeholders on enterprise deal structuring and executive engagements.
  • Support enterprise sales meetings to strengthen customer relationships, increase deal sizes, and maximize value exchange.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to go-to-market teams by sharing market feedback that helps shape Unity’s offering, roadmap, and market presence.
  • Navigate complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes to secure successful outcomes for Unity and its customers.
  • Build and scale business through partners, including channels, ISVs, system integrators, and service partners.
  • Develop high-performing teams through talent development and sales leadership.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to align on strategy and execution in a complex enterprise environment.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in SaaS, platform, and/or cloud technology sales and sales leadership.
  • Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders and business functions to drive alignment and results.
  • Proven track record negotiating deals of $1M+.
  • Proven track record scaling the business with partners.
  • Experience with channels, ISVs, system integrators, or service partners.
  • Native proficiency in Korean and a high level of proficiency in English.
  • Passion for sales leadership, talent development, and building high-performing teams.
  • Experience activating and scaling new go-to-market motions (preferred).
  • Expertise in Real-Time 3D, Asset Management, Data Transformation, and Visualization (preferred).
  • Relocation support is not available for this position, and work visa or immigration sponsorship is not available.
