Description

  • Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to market growth.
  • Proactively contact key decision-makers through phone, email, social outreach, and occasional in-person meetings.
  • Present, promote, and sell Fresha products and services through product demonstrations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align Fresha’s solutions with partner business objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Provide feedback on industry trends and market developments.
  • Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and record call outcomes in the CRM.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for partners on commercial activities.
  • Help onboard new partners and support business development in the Belfast market.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building ability with a hunter mentality.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Naturally curious with a desire to continually grow and develop.
  • Fluency in English and another language is a bonus.
  • Experience within the beauty and wellness industry is a bonus.
  • Willingness to work fully remote and operate autonomously in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Comfort with both cold outreach and face-to-face field sales.
