Description

  • Consistently achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Contact key decision-makers through phone, email, social outreach, and occasional in-person meetings to generate new business.
  • Present, promote, and sell Fresha products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses to align solutions with partner business objectives.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Provide feedback on ongoing industry trends and market developments.
  • Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and document all call outcomes in the CRM.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners on commercial activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a hunter mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Naturally curious with a desire to continuously grow and develop.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is a bonus.
  • Additional languages are considered a bonus.
  • Experience within the beauty and wellness industry is a bonus.
