Description

  • Guide clients through the full project lifecycle after sales closure, including onboarding and process orientation.
  • Collect, organize, and track required documentation such as logos, surveys, and approvals.
  • Submit permit applications and monitor approval status with relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate production and installation timelines across multiple stages of the project.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, updates, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor project progress and keep deliverables on track within a 4–6 week timeframe.
  • Confirm project completion, including required documentation and photos.
  • Support final payment collection and close out projects.
  • Work with internal teams and client workflows to ensure smooth execution and communication.

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent organization, documentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong client-facing communication and expectation management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining ownership of tasks.
  • High sense of urgency, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM or project management tools such as ShopVox or similar.
  • Ability to understand basic plans, drawings, or specifications.
  • Familiarity with permitting processes or construction workflows is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of signage, fabrication, or installation processes is a plus.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM GMT -5:00 Eastern Time (US & Canada).
