Description

  • Acquire new clients and build long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, including delivering company presentations and introducing available investment products.
  • Manage and resolve client requests according to their individual needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to build trust, share new market opportunities, and support changes in investment strategies.
  • Provide administrative support by maintaining documentation, assisting with transaction processes, and ensuring timely information exchange between clients and the company.
  • Represent the company at specialized conferences, business events, and professional communities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, analytics, and other departments, to ensure high service quality.
  • Analyze client feedback and adjust the approach to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare reports on client results, engagement, and the effectiveness of implemented strategies to refine the target client profile.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales at brokerage firms, investment companies, or related financial services.
  • B2C experience is considered a significant advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction and service quality.
  • Fluency in Latvian.
  • Professional English proficiency for international collaboration and cross-border communication.
