Description

  • Own projects from contract and prepayment through final completion.
  • Coordinate measurements, technical information, engineering, shop drawings, production preparation, logistics, delivery, and installation.
  • Serve as the primary contact for U.S.-based B2C and B2B clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Handle client objections, concerns, escalations, and project issues through resolution.
  • Coordinate Engineering, Sales, Scheduling, Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Delivery, and Installation teams.
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 100–150+ active projects across multiple stages.
  • Track deadlines, dependencies, risks, delays, bottlenecks, and action items proactively.
  • Maintain accurate project records and progress updates in ClickUp, HubSpot, and internal collaboration tools.
  • Ensure stakeholders have current information and projects remain operationally on track.

Requirements

  • Experience in project management, project coordination, construction management, operations, or a similar role.
  • Background in construction, engineering, architecture, building materials, glass and glazing, windows, doors, façades, interior construction, or related technical manufacturing.
  • Relevant education in engineering, construction, architecture, or another technical discipline, or strong hands-on experience in a related industry.
  • Experience managing projects through multiple stages from initiation to completion.
  • Ability to manage a large and complex portfolio of active projects.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills and confidence handling complaints and difficult conversations.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify risks and delays early, work independently, and drive issues through resolution.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with CRM, project management, and collaboration tools.
