Description

  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Assist clients with account opening, KYC verification, deposits and withdrawals, and platform navigation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and institutional clients and partners to support retention and satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance on trading tools, promotions, and company offerings in a professional and compliant manner.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure a smooth trading experience and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collect and report client feedback to help improve products, services, and support processes.
  • Stay up to date with company policies, market news, and regulatory changes relevant to the Forex/CFDs industry.
  • Support clients across multiple platforms, including MT4/MT5, cTrader, TradingView, or proprietary systems.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in client support, account management, or a similar role in the Forex/CFDs or online trading industry.
  • Native Portuguese speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Understanding of MT4/MT5, cTrader, TradingView, basic trading terminology, and financial markets.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle clients from different backgrounds and regions within LATAM.
  • High attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive client information.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends, if required.
