Description

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned client projects and maintain daily client communication.
  • Coordinate internal communications with team members on project status, updates, and next steps.
  • Support new business initiatives and identify organic growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate pitch presentations and request for proposals.
  • Manage projects with the Project Management team, including timelines, milestones, and issue escalation.
  • Drive day-to-day project activity by managing scope, scope changes, roadblocks, timelines, and budgets.
  • Participate in content planning meetings with subject matter experts.
  • Prepare client contact reports and summarize action items and next steps.
  • Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory review process to ensure promotional materials meet compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to client proposals, budgets, reconciliations, and financial/forecasting reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of combined experience in Accounts and Project Management within a pharmaceutical agency.
  • Experience with direct client contact.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Travel capability up to 5%.
  • Strong teamwork, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Preferred: communications experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical settings.
  • Preferred: experience with the MLR (medical-legal-regulatory) review process, writing SOWs and project briefs, and using systems such as Zinc or Veeva.
  • Preferred: pharmaceutical drug launch experience.
  • Preferred: bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, communications, or advertising.
