Description

  • Develop the assigned China territory by converting leads into clients and building relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Identify and engage trading professionals across social and professional platforms, forums, blogs, and communities.
  • Source effective local marketing channels to promote the company and its products in practical ways.
  • Support the onboarding of trading clients, affiliates, IBs, money managers, and other partners.
  • Work closely with customer support to provide a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and back-office teams to prepare sales and marketing content.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners and work to retain and reactivate clients and partners.
  • Negotiate partnership terms based on existing rebate structures.
  • Monitor affiliates and partners regularly to optimize performance and ensure KPI targets are met.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis and provide feedback on customer journey improvements to management.
  • Apply due diligence and comply with the company’s regulatory framework, policies, and ethics.
  • Travel to conferences and business meetings as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in the FX/CFD or online trading industry is strongly preferred.
  • Native or near-native Chinese language ability is required.
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Working experience or connections in the China region is preferred.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and written skills.
  • Ability to influence and persuade toward mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a can-do attitude.
