Description

  • Draft, format, and manage statements of work for new client engagements.
  • Own the Client Onboarding Checklist end-to-end for every new client.
  • Create onboarding checklists in ClickUp and coordinate approvals at the Approved Proposal stage.
  • Prepare SAOs from approved templates, flag out-of-scope work, and route items for leadership approval when needed.
  • Send onboarding questionnaires, track completion, and follow up with clients as needed.
  • Set up client Google Drive folders and save key documents in the appropriate systems.
  • Coordinate post-signing steps with Finance, Accounting, INA, the AE, and the Account Manager to confirm deposit status and book handoff and kickoff calls.
  • Support sales enablement by maintaining and organizing case studies, decks, templates, one-pagers, and other materials.
  • Coordinate logistics for conferences, prospect meetups, and team events, including scheduling, venue details, and invitations.
  • Provide reactive operational support to the VP of Growth and identify process gaps and improvements.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, business development, or account coordination, ideally in a digital or content marketing agency.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to stay ahead of tasks independently.
  • Clear, professional written communication skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can shift.
  • Genuine interest in B2B marketing, SaaS, and the content space.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to clean, accurate deliverables.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, HubSpot, ClickUp, and form/survey tools is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Claude CoWork is a bonus.
  • Ability to work with required overlap to EST timezone.
  • Candidates outside Canada, LATAM, and Europe may be considered only if experience is exceptional and working hours align.

  • Base salary range of $45,000–$55,000 CAD per year.
  • Expected total compensation of $60,000–$70,000 CAD per year.
