Description

  • Identify and engage editors, affiliates, and content partners whose publications are frequently cited in AI outputs.
  • Develop outreach strategies that help clients appear in top-cited “Best of” and comparison listicles.
  • Collaborate with internal strategy and content teams to strengthen on-site authority and off-site brand mentions.
  • Track and report brand visibility and citation improvements using tools such as Profound, Airops, and Semrush.
  • Research and qualify partnership opportunities based on publication authority, audience relevance, and LLM citation frequency.
  • Maintain a centralized Outreach Tracker with communication history, partnership stages, and placement progress.
  • Coordinate guest post, affiliate, and sponsored content opportunities while ensuring alignment with brand and ethical standards.
  • Contribute to regular reports on outreach performance, partnership growth, and visibility improvements across generative channels.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in outreach, partnerships, digital PR, or media relations.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and how authority signals affect traditional and AI-driven visibility.
  • Experience managing outreach or partnership campaigns using BuzzStream, Pitchbox, or Google Sheets/CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with GEO analytics tools such as Profound, Airops, or Ahrefs and the ability to interpret citation data.
  • Excellent written communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with content marketing, guest posting, or publication pitching processes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess publication authority and citation value.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with internal marketing, PR, and strategy teams.
  • Experience communicating with editors and publishers at reputable publications is preferred.
  • Ability to work approximately 10–15 hours per week in a remote part-time role.
