Description

  • Design, develop, configure, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Government Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related platform technologies.
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, Queueable Apex, and other asynchronous processing frameworks.
  • Build responsive Lightning Web Components using JavaScript, Apex, and Salesforce platform services.
  • Configure Salesforce using Flows, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, dynamic forms, record types, and custom metadata.
  • Design and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and web services.
  • Execute unit testing, integration testing, deployment validation, and maintain code coverage and development best practices.
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce security architecture including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules, and OWD.
  • Support data migration, transformation, cleansing, and bulk updates using tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, and ETL platforms.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with architects, analysts, QA, project managers, and client stakeholders.
  • Contribute to source control, CI/CD, and deployment management using Git, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
  • Platform Developer II certification is strongly preferred.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications are highly desired.
  • 5–8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience supporting Public Sector and Government Cloud Salesforce implementations.
  • Hands-on expertise with Apex development, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, and platform configuration.
  • Experience developing in Government Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, application design principles, governor limits, and platform constraints.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and web services.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end development principles.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for client-facing technical discussions.
  • Experience in regulated, compliance-driven, or government-focused environments is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce consulting, systems integrator, or professional services environments is preferred.
  • Experience supporting federal, state, or local government agencies is preferred.
  • Exposure to MuleSoft or enterprise integration platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Git, Jenkins, Copado, or Azure DevOps is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Experience Cloud sites, portals, digital experiences, and CMS capabilities is preferred.
  • Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities such as Einstein AI, Agentforce, or GenAI tools is preferred.
  • Experience supporting large-scale migrations, modernization efforts, or multi-org/multi-brand implementations is preferred.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. and cannot require visa sponsorship.
  • Candidates must reside in one of the eligible U.S. states or Washington, DC.

  • Estimated compensation range of $130,000 to $165,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for discretionary bonuses, commissions, or other incentive programs.
